We added another 306 files to the Digital Library, including materials regarding the Peace and Anti-Nuclear Movement, Christian Anarchism, and some really amazing Anarchist periodicals and pamphlets from the 1960s. Dive in!

We just added 170 new items (comprising just under 2,000 pages) to our Digital Library. This includes local materials (Sneinton Voice), a couple of previously undigitised issues of Freedom, and most notably our collections of assorted Class War publications (1983-2010s).

We have just uploaded digitised copies of all 323 issues of anarchist newspaper Freedom that were produced between 2000 and Winter 22-23.

That brings the total of Freedom issues digitised by us to 2,070, comprising over 16,300 pages. Significant gaps remain, especially before 1920. If you can help by donating or loaning missing issues, please get in touch!

To browse the entire collection please see the full list of digitised issues of Freedom.

Read our roundup of our 15th year below or as a pdf file. Many thanks to everyone for everything you have done for us this and every year since we first opened back in December 2008.

We have just uploaded digitised copies of all 240 issues of anarchist newspaper Freedom that were produced between 1990 and 1999, plus the 1989 dummy issue (Vol:51 #00) featuring the revised layout. Please note that we digitised Vol:51 (1990) as a test batch back when we first experimented with our camera rig for oversized docs. Although the quality is perfectly fine, we could produce much nicer versions now, but alas - we have no time to rescan stuff when so many more items need our attention!

Please see the full list of all our digitised issues of Freedom for links and details.
