Welcome back to our Document of the Month feature, showcasing some of the awesome documents in our collections.

This month we are putting the spotlight on one of the publications that are featured in the Nottingham Contemporary's new exhibition Still I Rise: Feminisms, Gender, Resistance:

Kick it Over #07 (May 1983)

This issue of the magazine, published by the Kick it Over Collective based in Toronto, Canada, features contributions on a number of subjects, for instance the direct action taken by Igbo women (in modern day Nigeria) "to enforce their decisions and protect their interests". You can find more issues of Kick it Over in our Digital Library.
