In 1984, the organisation then known as the Anarchist Communist Federation began to publish a magazine entitled Virus, which ran for 13 issues before being continued as Organise! from 1989.
The ACF, later renamed as the Anarchist Federation (see e.g. p17 of #52), describes the magazine's focus as being "on developing anarchist communist theory, practice, and analysis of the world at large. It also contains reviews of new books from anarchist writers and has a regular arts segment".
Having been in continuous publication since the 1980s, Virus and Organise! have amassed an impressive run over 90 issues. Organise! is one of just a handful of regular UK based anarchist titles that continue to be published in print.
Having recently digitised the full run of Virus, we are very happy that we have now also digitsed all issues of Organise! up to #75. More recent issues can be downloaded as pdf files from the AF website.
